Welcome to When She Does. By accessing or using our Digital Products with Master Resell Rights, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access our Master Resell Rights Products.

Definitions

• When She Does: Refers to our company, the provider of Digital Products with Master Resell Rights.

• Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products and content that you acquire from When She Does under a Master Resell Rights license.

• You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired When She Does Digital Products with Master Resell Rights.

License

Upon acquiring digital products from When She Does, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell these products to your customers. You may modify, rebrand, and sell the products within the terms of this agreement. The license prohibits any use of these products in any bundle or subscription membership course. All products to be sold as individual products at all times. 

Responsibility for Earnings

When She Does is not responsible for any future earnings, profits, or losses incurred by you as a result of reselling our digital products. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or success.

Content and Quality

While When She Does strives to provide high-quality digital products, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before reselling them.

Liabilities

When She Does holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our digital products by you or your customers. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.

Termination

When She Does reserves the right to terminate your license to resell our digital products if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products.

Modification of Terms

When She Does may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
